Unlike apps tailored for medical or legal purposes, App MyGroup exclusively features interpreters certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) – ensuring top-notch service.

How does it work?

1. Create an account
2. Submit an interpreter request within the app
3. If an interpreter accepts the assignment, you can initiate a video call at the scheduled time by clicking on the "Join Call Now" button to connect with a live ASL interpreter
4. Hand over your phone to your deaf friend or family member, and the interpreter will sign what you convey while voicing what your deaf companion signs
5. Upon completion of the call, your deaf friend or family member can conclude the session, rate the interpreter, and have your registered credit card charged accordingly
